How do I become popular in high school?

T-Pose. You'll become a god to them.

Get involved in some groups/sports. That’s how you make friends.

We really don't have control over that. It happens or it doesn't.

But the best way to make friends is to stop dwelling on ourselves and to start to CARE about others.

Dwelling on ourselves makes us more neurotic and unhappy. We are not good company, and we don't care about others.

And nothing attracts people as much as being cared about.

Don't know where to start? Don't start at school. Don't start in a situation where it is all about what YOU get out of it.

Go volunteer .. go to the local soup kitchen for the poor and homeless. Help the cooks and feed the hungry people SEE how much good you can do for others, and you start to like yourself because you SEE yourself being a good person.

This take a long time, but eventually you stop focusing on yourself, and start to enjoy caring about others. And THAT is when others start to like you.

Just being nice in order to TRY to get THEM to like you .. doesn't work.

Everyone is always subconsciously reading the subtle signals of others .. we cannot fool others into thinking we are anyone other than who we are.

Friendships are earned by being a nice person. If you fail then you just keep trying harder.

Look for someone who needs a friend and be their friend.
