Let say there is order-01 order for OKI Curriculum and this order order-01 consist of two items, namely Curriculum Science Grade 10 and Curriculum Math Grade 10,will these two items have different access codes ?

I see these errors:
"Let say" (should be "let's say)
'namely" is poorly used
It is a run-on sentence (the final comma should be a period or semicolon)
incorrect usage (it should say "will each item have a different access code")

You got a "run-on" sentence and should divide the sentence into several different sentences.
"Suppose there is order-01 order for OKI curriculum. This order -01 consists of two items which is called Curriculum Science Grade 10 and Curriculum Math Grade 10. Will These two items have different access codes?"
