My 2011 Volkswagen cc has a main seal leak?

I heard I can buy "bar leaks" product and it will stop the leak, is it safe for Volkswagen and is there any other product you may recommend?

    High mileage oil softens up hard seals to reduce leaks.

    Bars leak is for a leaking radiator, it works.

    AND it will clog-up ALL the smaller oil passages AND maybe toast your engine. fix it RIGHT ...............................
