Can I get two different color streaks without bleaching?

You know how when you get streaks they do the foil stuff, no bleaching involved? Can they just do that with two different colors?

The foils are usually bleaching compound to lighten the hair.

You can get multi coloured highlights BUT you cannot get a colour that is lighter than your natural hair colour without first bleaching or lightning the hair. Putting a lighter colour over a dark colour will usually cause the colour either not to show up or just leave a bit of a hue when the light hits it a certain way.
