My dog is hurting and I don’t know what to do?

I don’t have enough money to go to the vet and he just got back from foggy boarding and he’s in a lot of pain I can tell. I’m guessing because my dog is not used to running around all day and he probably pulled a few muscles. Plus he ripped the pad on his 2 front feet off by biting it, I’m guessing it was just a little cut then he gradually ripped it off. There is no blood and it’s not raw but I can tell he’s hurting and it’s making me sad. I got antibiotic cream for it but I want his muscles to feel better but I can’t give him anything. What do I do??

So you can afford to go on a trip and board your dog but not pay for vet bills?

I think you're just a loser TROLL and this story is BS. If you're really this pathetic then take this dog to a no-kill shelter and surrender it. Either way, you're a piece of turd.

If you were that worried you’d find the money...

Otherwise let him rest and sleep and wrap the injured areas.

About the only non medical thing I can suggest is either warm packs on the sore muscles and gentle message to help relax them or a soft place for him to sleep and recover, if he’s sore now he will be worse in the morn8ng.

When you wrap his pad be aware that the dogs return circulation isn’t the greatest from the feet, the bandage needs to be snug enough not to unwrap and fall off yet loos enough it doesn’t impede circulation, that’s why vets wrap with fairly loose bandage first, then cotton for protective layer then vet wrap or bandage to set the under layer bandage from falling off.

Better not to wrap if you think you will get it too tight. You don’t want to do more damage. Make sure you wash with soap and water or use diluted peroxide to sanitize wound, dry it then antibiotic. Pure peroxide will cause some cell damage as it burns the outside layers of the wound, that’s why we dilute it so not as strong. If you have antibacterial soap you can use it instead.
