Hair coloring advice please?

I'm still trying to decide what to do with my hair at the salon tomorrow. I have always done dirty blonde highlights but now I want to step out of the box. Not to far out though. Any ideas will be considered if you want to throw in your two cents.

    lighten it a little bit more and mix it up with highlights and lowlights

    Why not go a shade or two lighter for the summer, have that sun kissed look.
