The working of miracles is one of the gifts that the Lord gives to people who have come to Him for him to disciple them. A miracle will take place where God has decided to manifest His power amongst His people to build up their faith. If a miracle must happen, there needs to a person in that place who has the gift of the working of miracles and has faith that God can perform a miracle at that particular time.
