What can we do to help countries like Guatemala an Honduras so that their people won't risk their lives to come to America?

Build a time machine, go back in time and NOT invade their countries, overthrow democracies, and install right wing military dictatorships. Oh, and not slaughter NUNS. I love how Evangelicals didn't care their tax dollars paid to murder NUNS.

Pelosi is ALREADY doing to much, for Central America. She's sending them $150 billion dollars - therefore, why do they even need to come here at all?

Convince Panama and Costa Rica to take them in if they are escaping persecution.

Round up all illegals and return them by trucks back to the country they are citizens of. Don’t cloth them nor feed them and if they are repeat violators dump them on Mexico territory, if they arrived via Mexico, and let them handle it. Any expenses, food, clothing, transportation etc could be deducted from the funds sent to their home country in the form of aid. Perhaps getting hit in their pocketbook will gain the attention and they will cooperate with us. The USA can’t be responsible for those that disregard our laws. It’s time to get tough and cease being taken advantage of!

That said, left wing governments often turn into dictatorships, and it seems people are slow to learn and keep electing thieves and crooks.

Legalise all drugs to put the cartels out of business, abolish the border with Mexico and rebuild that country with the money saved (create EU style free movement system), stop interfering in the political affairs of any of the countries in that area allowing them to choose their own leaders instead of propping up tyrannical puppets, invest massively into dealing with climate change as droughts are affecting crops etc in that region and get rid of that dimwit president of yours.

Not much really. They are run by repressive governments. Until that changes, there is little we can do.

To make crappy countries nice countries you need to root out what makes then crap in the first place, it usually down to corruption , get rid of that and make the government work for all the people and people wont leave..
