If I draw a naked person without their consent, but I'm not very good at art at what point is it an invasion of privacy?
Like, assuming the person didn't mind me seeing them naked but didn't want anyone else to see them. And I slyly and maliciously get my HB pencil out and start sketching their body in all their shame.
But Im also a really, really **** artist. Is the image an indecent invasion of their privacy/ when does it become one?
What if it's just one really sexy wobbly, naked stick person?

the issue isn't so much "privacy" (unless you follow that person around like a stalker while drawing) as it is one of "publicity" or "personality" rights...
laws vary by country and (in the USA) by state, but the basis of these codes is that a person has the right to their own public image... to infringe upon this image, however, your drawings would have to be publicly distributed and bear enough resemblance to the subject for that person to be recognized....
if your drawings are for your own pleasure and not a realistic depiction of the person, just keep them to yourself and you'll be protected by your privacy rights...
