Who is at fault?
Ok so earlier today I was pulling out of the mall and when I got on the road a huge black pickup truck was in the lane beside me and didn’t check his blindspot and merged into my lane as I was right next to him and almost hit me and I blew my horn at him and he got back into his lane. Who would be at fault if we were to crash?

If you were still pulling out of the mall, and entering the roadway, pretty good chance that you would be found at fault.
If you were both in separate travel lanes, and he initiated the lane change, he would have been at fault.
