I have a car Loan on a lemon with no warranty what can I do?
I bought an Acura in October of 2018 from a used car dealership and 4 months later it started making these noises as if it was a diesel truck. Then 2 months ago i was driving and the engine light came on and stalled. I've paid $1600 in repair fees and it's still not fixed, both were different repair shops no one seems to know what's wrong with it. I'm tired of the repair shops giving me guessing games and I don't know what to do next. I want to get rid of the damn car! I know it doesn't qualify for lemon law because there's no warranty. What now?

dealer for a diagnosis, another shop that might be able to give an accurate diagnosis. ruin your credit and have it repo'd. look online to see if anyone else might have the same problem or live with it

You can just stop making payments on the car and let the bank repossess it, but that will ruin your credit for the next 7-10 years. Have you considered taking it to an Acura dealer and letting THEM try to fix your problem?

How can I 2018 vehicle not have a factory warranty on it they're guaranteed for a year by the factory or longer even if the vehicle has been sold it still has the factory warranty on it! You should have the factory warranty available to at least October of 2019 I don't understand what you're saying here there should be no problem at all! You just need to locate a factory dealer that sells new Acuras and exercise the factory warranty! I've never heard of a the factory warranty becoming void simply because it gets transferred to a new owner! If it's still under like 50,000 miles or whatever the factory warranty is the factory warranty still applies!

Warranty has NOTHING to do with lemon laws.
Being a USED vehicle that wasn't a lemon when new generally does.
In your case, you have owe whatever remains on the loan balance, PERIOD.
For a used car without a warranty, NO ONE owes you anything.
