Which Of These Fast Food Chains Are More Unhealthy 1 KFC 2 Mcdonalds 3 Hungry Jacks 4 Red Rooster 5 Dominos 6 Taco Bell Or Thank You?.?

I've never heard of Hungry Jacks or Red Rooster. Although each of the others offers "some" healthy choices (but really, how many of us choose those) I'd pick KFC as the most unhealthy - because of the grease (even if it's new and improved "healthy" grease, lol).

I would say Domino's due to the excessive carbohydrates but I don't know what hungry jacks or red rooster are and it is eating at Taco Bell I usually feel sick after

KFC and McDonald's

Dominos based upon overall quality of what you get. I think even if it is unhealthy but it tastes goon, then you gotta cut it some slack.

Next would be KFC, just way too much fat.

Then comes McD's - it is just lousy food with lousy service.

I no longer eat fast food. They are all bad.
