I have worked with dog for over 50 yrs & I have never heard of a 'tick removeal operation'. Can you explain what a 'tick removeal operstion is?

Did the dog get shaved down? or just little places they had to remove the coat to make a clean place for needles to be injected? You question is unclear. In time? time for what?

    Not enough information or explanations.

Tick removal op !!! What on earth is that, unless your dog was absolutely smothered in them. I've never known fur not to grow back after removal of one tick.

You surely don't need an operation to remove ticks. You use tweezers but you need be careful how you do it. You don't want to squeeze the body of the tick or leave the head in the dog which can detach. You need look it up how to do it as it does require know how.
