How can I make my mom go get a check up at a doctors office?
I’m not when she last had a check up. Has probably been years. She eats plenty of junk and doesn’t seem to care about her health. She’s 48 and seemingly isnt aware or is uncaring about the effects of the lifestyle she is living. How can I convince her to at least get a check up?

You can't make her or convince her. She is an adult woman and makes her own choices.
