I live in PA Northumberland county, I actually grew up in that county still reside there the neighbors nosy, rude, gossip as can anywhere though. Lancaster county nicer people or Berks county. Snyder, Northumberland, Union, Montour, rude people. IMO Small town I live in!

There's a whole lot of Pennsylvania and people will be different in different places, and some places are nicer to live than others.

Pennsylvania is a strange state. Like anywhere else, there's opulence and wealth as well as poorer areas and middle class areas. There are also some extremely safe and nice areas as well as some very rundown and ugly dangerous areas. Most of the big cities in PA are terrible. Philly, Pittsburgh, Altoona, Allentown, Erie, Scranton, are all terrible. Some rural areas are quaint, the Poconos and the Lehigh Valley are nice, but central and western PA look like West Virginia. Bucks County and Northeastern PA are nice, but a lot of those areas are extremely rural - there's little in the way of culture and there are lots of retirees from elsewhere in PA and the NE. PA isn't run very well, and Philly and Pittsburgh get prioritized. People make less money than they do in NY or NJ so real estate and the cost of living is cheaper, but there's a lot less on offer for residents too. I wouldn't live anywhere in PA besides the east, but State College is all right, just super boring.

I noticed that most of the people in Pennsylvania walked on their hind legs rather erect. Came in male and female in assorted ages heights and size. Most appeared to look human.

What are the people like where you are from?

Is it a nice place? Some like it and have no desire to move out of state. Others want to move to some other place. some are wealthy , some are not. You will like some and some in turn will like you.

There are about 12,000,000 in the state they have not been known to all agree on anything.

Care to check some polls depending the question they are the top or bottom of many lists.

Where in Pennsylvania? There's a difference between people in small towns and rural areas, and people in cities. But mostly the people are the same as people anywhere.
