Ways to keep energized while pushing a cart in 90 degree weather?
All week this week is going to be 85 to 90 degrees Fahrenheit. I'll be pushing a heavy cart down a street for about four hours then take a 45min break then four hours again. Is there any way for me to stay hydrated or ways to not get tired so easily?

Take a break every 2 hours for abt 5 to 10 minutes and eat some fruit. Eat a healthy breakfast before work. And drink some water every hour.
Not hard to do as i do more than that on a regular. In hot or cold even in snow or rain. Just remember to hydrate every hour and take 5 every 2 hours.
And your 45 minute break after 4 hours is really too long shorten that to 30 minutes. Too long of break will be counter effective. And do not over eat as well. This will slow you down. Try eating a medium salad and fruit with your lunch break, still eat your protein as well. You need to have some protein for energy but you need you greens and fruit as well.
