Are there any vitamin or supplement i can take that would help me with fatigue?

That would be safe to consume, I'm 31 year old male feel tired all time and getting worse been telling doctor, but they really say anything, it's miserable to be this tired all the time

    Maybe a multivitamin or iron rich foods

    Go to a different doctor. The one you have isn't doing it for you.

    GET vitamin B complex .. B3 B6 B9 and maybe B12

    NONE, Unless a Physician's Tests show a need, there is nothing any vitamin or Supplement can do; other than cost you money.

    Your problem may be more serious than you think, or just a lack of exercise (Walking).

    Multi-Vitamins (MV) are the worst. I took them for years. Then the Doctor did lab tests. I found that since I worked at night the ONLY need I had was for Vitamin "D" in a dose far exceeding that in the MV.

    So instead of wasting Money on useless/worthless doses, I have a specific that is actually needed in a dose that is significant.

    Have your Primary Care Physician examine (and test) you.

    B-12 vitamins, of course, vitamins really do not do much for the body compared to eating the food that contains the vitamins.
