Can I wear short shorts when I go to the university of Miami in Florida?
I’m biologically male and I identify as queer. After one year at a local community college I’m going to transfer to University of Miami in Florida. Since Miami Dade County is lgbtq friendly and they have a county ordinance protecting lgbtq people from discrimination in housing, employment and public accommodations as a queer person could I wear women’s short shorts when I go to college there? Student tour guides wear short shorts and there is no dress code for tours and the university also has an lgbtq center and there is gender inclusive housing.

It's COLLEGE.
Unless you are going to a religious school, you can wear anything you want as long as it covers up your bitties.
Remember college is about learning and developing so you can be a leader in your future career. It's not a fashion show.
