Would a Jewish person be converted if they find Allah in their challah?

Much like a Catholic who finds Mary or Jesus on their toast.

Why because the word challah has allah in it?

    Alah means curse in Hebrew.

Alah/Allah in Hebrew: alah (“curse” in Hebrew). It can also mean an Oak.

'Allah, Joshua 24:26 . The place here referred to is called Allon-moreh ("the oak of Moreh," as in RSV) in Genesis 12:6 and 35:4 .

Therefore hath the curse [Alah] devoured the earth, and they that dwell therein are desolate: therefore the inhabitants of the earth are burned, and few men left. - Isaiah 24:6, KJV

^ Why would God want people to call him a curse, since alah means curse, and the less worse meaning would be an oak, and God certainly isn't that either.

Hebrew Etymology, breaking down the words: Even Al lah (if it were El lah) -- El means God and Lah means NOT and NOTHING in Hebrew. El Yah on the other hand is composed of the words (El – God) and Yah (the personal name of God). Eliyah means God is Yah

Allah is unique and is above form if that is what you're trying to say. Allah is unique from His creation and above the creation. And no one has seen Allah in this world although some people will see Allah in the afterlife as well as on the Day of Judgement. Please watch this short, fascinating video in the comments.

Allah guides whomever He wants and whomever sincerely seeking Him and His truth. They will come to know Allah through His Holy Wise Book and through His Wonderful Attributes, Asma Al-Husna, see in the comments.
