Is the fact that most home runs are cheapies contributing to the record number of homers being hit this year?

Youo have cheap homers in Yankee Stadium that would be outs in other ballparks. Last night Puig hit a homer at Angel's stadium that Trout played off the wall but because it went over so called home run line it was a homer. Yankee stadium is a band box with high school dimensions. As announcers noted they don't eve n show the measurement to right center.

The ball has changed again. Tighter seams or tighter windings or both. MLB wants homers. They've got homers.

Fenway Park actually has the shortest distance of any field in baseball to left field (310 feet) or right field (302 feet). You've just got to hit it over a 37 foot high wall in left.

It's 417 feet from home plate to the right-center field wall in Yankee Stadium but it's 312 feet down the left field line and 310 feet down the right field line.

The slack-jawed, drooling, musclebound freaks who play for the Yankees can bunt the ball that far.

Aren't these the same ballparks they played in last year and the year before?

Which fields had the fences brought in for 2019?
