Could these be signs of sepsis?

I’ve had ringing in my ear for several days straight. When I lay down I feel a burning sensation in my back. My heart rate is faster than usual and I’ve had heavy legs. Also had some stomach pin tonight. And my body feels heavy while laying down but not while moving. Only my legs. Should I call 911?
