It can be suspected that it's fixed but very hard to prove. In fact it's impossible to prove.
Dhoni is no more a batsman with high strike rate. He is simply too slow as seen in the case with Newzealand also today.
His lost ability makes it look like he is into spot fixing but age caught up with him.

No proof nor any suggestion that it was fixed. India just weren't god enough to win.

What a lame excuse Pak is trying to put up for its inability to make it to the Semifinals...... this is not the first time that the Indian middle order has fallen short in chasing a stiff target and there can be no doubt that the target set by England was indeed very stiff (no one has so far chased 339 to win in this world cup) and moreover, the wicket had obviously gotten slow by the time the Indian batting came up.
Pak experts, players, fans and establishment need to face up to the reality that their team this time was really not up to the mark considering how major contenders like Australia and India have performed so far.

Fixed- No
No motivation to win- Yes
If you watched the indian inning, after R pant dismissal, you will understand just how much Dhoni was eager to make india win.
After all these years, this is like more than 70-80 times dhoni played like this in death overs, India lost countless matches because of him, yet his fans are just ******* fanboying over him. I have criticized him so much, so many times that i dont have left any energy left to criticize him any further.
