    There are millions of companies in the world that are far worse, such as not paying anything reasonable, filthy and unsafe conditions, etc.

    Go work in Sewer repair and then see how bad you think this company is.

    Even better, go find a meat processing plant and see how fun that company can be...

    Nope. Amazon is worse then Starbucks.

    Not at all. I have to compete with Starbucks pretty hard to keep the 20-somethings I hire. They offer flexible schedules and decent wages which is great for college students.
