Why haven’t I lost any weight on an calorie deficit/low carb diet?

So I started by low calorie and low carb diet not long ago. Let me give you an example of what I eat. Skip breakfast, I eat later lunch and it includes of fruits and veggies or eggs, then dinner which I am keeping it healthy too. Cut out processed junk, sugar, high in fat foods, dairy, etc. I know I’m not eating too much. I’ve felt hungry so I know. I’ve been doing plenty of cardio, ab training, weight training, etc. I haven’t lost any weight though, as there’s no changes in my body what so ever. Why? What can I do? Could it take a bit more time for results? Let me know.

How long have you been doing the caloric deficit? A couple of weeks should be enough to see a difference in the scale.

If after some weeks you don't see a difference whatsoever then you need professional assesment bc there's no way you don't lose weight if you truly are in a calorie deficit.

Try not eating the fruit and any veggies that are high in sugars, likes carrots and beets. Try that for 2 full weeks and see if that does anything. Look up veggies that are low in sugar and stick with those

How long has it been? If its only been a few days you need to be patient. If its been a while you need to start weighing everything you eat and counting calories. Its amazing how much someone can eat while limiting meals and/or eating healthy. Hunger isn't a good sign either. Just because you are hungry does not mean you are in a deficit.
