As long as it's fully consensual and, in the case of heterosexual vaginal intercourse, they take full precautions to prevent pregnancy, I say more power to them because there's nothing wrong with that. However, if they are living in a place where the legal age of sexual consent is 18, they must be extremely careful to keep their sexual activity private and secret for the sake of the 18 year old. Over the years I've known two different guys who did jail time for having sex with a girl who was 17 while he was 18. In one case she lied and told him she was 18, but her parents found out and pressed charges; in the other case, they were having sex while 17, and then he turned 18 and their sexual relationship continued, so because she had not reached that magic number he was charged. In both cases the sex was completely consensual, but that didn't matter in the eyes of the court because all the court and prosecutors look at is the arbitrarily assigned number to what constitutes legal consent age.

Pretty normal, I was with an 18 year old when I was 15 but I soon turned 16. Life was very simple and magical then.
