I hit my moms car?!?
It was late at night and I was backing up, I suppose I misjudged how close her car was to mine and the part of my car under the gas cap jammed into the part of her car around the same area. ( the fender I think?) now I have full coverage no fault insurance. Because it’s my fault will insurance cover mine and her cars damage?

Yes.
Your policy will pay for moms damages under your liability coverage, (no deductible). For your car, since saying full coverage, then your policy will pay for the damages (over) your deductible. So if the damages to your car is $675 and your deductible is $500, then insurance pays $175 for your car and you pay $500.
No fault is misleading, since it only applies to PIP, (medical bills etc), but the policy still pays when you are at fault under your liability coverage. There is only (1) state that is the exception and that is Michigan. In MI, both are required to pay for their own damages, but the (not) at fault files a mini tort or a max of $1,000 against the person at fault.
Years ago, my step son backed into my daughters car while backing out of our driveway. His policy paid to fix her damages. He only had liability, thus insurance did not pay to fix his car.

USA answer:
If you and Mom live in the same household insurance will pay but each of you will have to pay a collision deductible.

It is best to pay out of pocket for these little benders. Save the insurance for the real accidents or your/parents rates will skyrocket.

Does your mom have the same insurance company? Did you get a police report? Both deductibles may have to be paid (no fault) or they could deny it altogether (suspect fraud) Call them.

You will have to call your insurance company and find out.
Be prepared that the damage may not be covered. Many insurance companies don't cover damage between family members because there is a lot of fraud in those situations.
It doesn't sound like a lot of damage on mom's car. I think it will work out ok.
Good luck.
