Could my laptop recover by itself?
I accidentally spilled some alcohol over a part of its keyboard, and at first it just typed 9 on every document I opened, and I shut it down.
The entire keyboard no longer works, despite spilling the liquid over just a part if it... At the moment, I can't afford taking it to a service.. Could it recover by itself in time? Would its keyboard work again?:(

Don't use the laptop for a couple of weeks. Keep it in a dry and well ventilated place. Leave the screen open. The alcohol should evaporate on its own. It's the other parts of that liquid that bothers me. Common household alcohol is never pure alcohol.

It never will recover by itself.You shorted some electronic circuits.Shorted circuits means that these circuits fried and dead.Laptop definitely needs new keyboard.
Next time be very carefull with liquids close to keyboard.It can be costly.

sounds like it shorted the keyboard out and it needs to be replaced to work.
