Debe ser posible. Puedes llamar a tu embajada o a Child Services en la cuidad de EEUU en donde vive el padre.
Hay una Ley de Reciprocidad entre EEUU y El Salvador que fuerza al padre a pagar Child Support. En Nicaragua es un poco mas dificil ya que creo que no existe esa ley ahí. Cuando no hay Ley de Reciprocidad se debe consultar un abogado (o varios), para lograr la orden de la corte por medio de él , pero primero se tiene que llamar a Child Services.
