If i where to somehow accidentally put a noose around my neck and dangle of a chair about 1foot of the ground how long will it take to lose consciousness and die. Ive seen robin williams do it with a belt.

Pretty quickly. But you don't even need to hang yourself to do it. Just hold down the area where your carotid artery is for a few seconds.
