If you have a graphics card installed, try and reseat it.
Meaning, take it out of the slot and put it back it with some additional force to make sure it's in the slot all the way.
Otherwise, this is a sign of a dead graphics card.
So, take out the graphics card and hook the video cable into the motherboard video port (HDMI, DisplayPort, DVI, ect. and see if you have the same problem. If not, your GPU is dead. If problem still persists, then either coincidentally the iGPU is dead, or the processor or motherboard has something wrong with it.
If you dont have a graphics card installed, then the iGPU or the Integrated Graphics (located in the CPU) might be dead.
If this is the case, you will need to replace the entire processor.
It could be a bad video cable, but very unlikely.
