If someone scores 4 goals in soccer out of the 17 games they have played, is it good or bad?

Depends on the position you play in. If you’re a striker, then you’re doing a bad job. If you’re a defender, then that’d be a good achievement at all for you.

Depends on what your role is on the team. It's good for a defender. It's bad for a striker whose job is to score. Any other role it depends on what else you're doing. Are you setting up goals?
