DENTISTS: How to take care of a tooth with a recent cavity procedure that’s hurting?

Today both me and my brother got a cavity procedure at the dentist. It went smoothly, for both of us. A few hours later, at home, my tooth that got the cavity starts randomly feeling cold for a second and then stopping. This happened to me several times and only after dinner. Not during dinner or before. It kind of feels sore on my tooth now This only happened to me and not my brother. Is this bad? What do I do? I have a retainer should I put it on?

they'll never tell you, they just want to see the green.....we need lots more minerals, iodine for adrenals, metabolism, nerves, breasts, ovaries, cycle and more, you need more nutrition than they'll ever admit to, that's if they even know, which is not too likely.ask a nutritionist@ a health food store.......
