How long does it take sexual side effects from anti depressants to start?
I started taking venlafaxine xr 37.5 and am only on the 3rd day and it s taking me for ever to orgasm. Didnt think sexual side effects would kick in that fast. Also not sure if it ll get better or worse

Yes, it can start in 24 hours.
Once it reaches therapeutic levels you may not be able to have an orgasm. Your body may adjust, but getting there will probably require extra effort.
You need to talk to your doctor about dosage and times you take it. Maybe if you wait a while, go a couple hours past when you take it that may help.
I don't know if there are any anti depressants that won't affect your sex life though.

Side effects can begin within 24 hours of taking a medication.
It will probably remain the same until you no longer take the drugs.

Talk to your doctor or pharmacist or the company making that stuff or search Google for its side effects. Don't ask idiots on the Internet (and I hope I am not one) about important medical problems.
