How can I know if my car have automatic shut off feature that will prevent any damage to the car if it is too hot?

    If anything turns off a motor because it got too hot the damage is already done!

    Put a thermostat in the motor. It's cheap and easy to do.

    How can you know? Simple - no cars made have such a protection system. The driver is supposed to monitor the temperature gauge and shut it down themselves if it gets too hot.

    Check the owners manual for your car, you can likely download it.

    Don't worry, it will shut off if it gets too hot.
