I have an iPhone 6 as it integrates so well into my IMAC. Look are the pros and cons for both on google https://www.gadgetsnow.com/compare-mobile-phones/A...

Both work for me since I can get used to any phones quirks in a few mins to an hour. It's going to depend on you more than anything.
If you can't compose shots, don't have steady hands or decent enough vision to being able to tell when a shot is focused, both phones will be a possible for you.
But if you are an iPhone user, you may want to stay with iPhone, unless change is not an issue for you.
