When you you want to know the ingredients of a sandwich

2- what comes in this sandwich ?
3- what goes in it ?
4- what is made with ?

None of the above in all honesty. I can understand them, but they aren't "natural" or something a native English speaker would say.
If you're talking about a sandwich, people would normally say "what's in the sandwich?" or "what kind of sandwich is it?" or "what are the ingredients?"

1. If you are pointing to the sandwich say "this". If referring to a kind of sandwich say "it".
