Boundaries changed throughout history.
The only way to know your family history and genealogy (who you are related to) is to do the research or pay someone to do it for you, which can get very expensive very quickly. (Professional genealogists charge on average US$20-$23+ an hour.) Start with yourself and work your way backwards, one generation at a time. Gather up your records, such as a birth certificate, marriage certificate (if applicable), newspaper articles and clippings regarding some of your accomplishments, journal entries, etc. Do the same for your parents, grandparents, etc You could take a DNA test, but such tests are meant to be a TOOL and not a substitute for proper genealogical research.

Anywhere in Europe or Western Asia.

Try checking Ancestry, Family Search and My Heritage in local public libraries. Blue eyes are found in Northern Europe as well as in Northern Spain and Northern Italy, Switzerland and Northern Greece.

Impossible to say, you do not find ancestry by the shade of eyes, shade of skin, shade of hair or any other physical features the ONLY way to know where your ancestry is from is to research the real records they geerated during their lifetime

Well, there's nowhere in Europe where they don't have blue eyes, so based on eye colour alone, you could be from anywhere in Europe. There are a higher proportion of blue eyed people in northern Europe, though.
Are you American? I saw a most common ancestry per state image the other day and German seemed to be pretty dominant, so that could also be a likely guess. The only way you can find out for sure, though, is through genealogy or DNA testing. Everything else is just guesswork.
