Feels like there is 10 thick rubber bands around my head and my horrible short term memory is like when i poor myself a drink i forget about it i always loose track of my phone AND ALWAYS FORGET where i place the remote and stutter in conversations in a 14 year old

A tight band around the head is usually caused by muscle tension. Muscle tension usually follows anxiety which can cause forgetfulness and stuttering. Those symptoms do not follow a pattern of a known disease. They are separate from one another and point to anxiety and possible social phobia.
