Skin lightening/whitening serums for dry skin?

My skin is very dry, patchy and pigmented. Have severe dark spots around the mouth. I have dark circles too. I want to basically get rid of all the dark areas on the face and want to increase my skin complexion, please suggest the best affordable skin whitening serums, oils or creams which gives the good results.. pls pls help, very needy as my wedding is near.. thank you 🙂

    I also have dry skin, i always use diy serum. You can mix aloevera gel, rosewater, and vitamin e. Apply before going to bed.

    This helps to hydrate skin.
