It was a green caterpillar. It had black spots and wasn't furry. Am I going to die? I feel itchy and scared!

I think you will be fine. It was just a very lost caterpillar that was in the wrong place at the wrong time. It is a good thing you weren't on a date. It is hard to look attractive while pulling caterpillars out of your shirt.
The "furry" ones are about the only ones you need to worry about and even they aren't worth much worry.
