What food do squirrels get calcium from?

I give my squirrel friend mixed nuts almonds peanuts and some cashews

Although squirrels mostly eat fruits and vegetables, they also sometimes eat bird eggs, mice and insects--all sources of protein.

The squirrel gets it from the foods they consume. Calcium has small traces in vegetables, fruits, nuts, and it doesn't only come from dairy.

It's good of you to be concerned about squirrels, but they get what they want from playing with their nuts!
