I am going to try making pickled cauliflower (not cauliflower pickle) is there anything special i should add for flavour?

    I would add a bit of red pepper flakes for a bit of a kick.

    Turmeric could be added for color.

    Pickling spices, maybe a bayleaf?.

    Some add a little turmeric to the vinegar, for a yellow tinge.

    try making it following an actual recipe as different spices work better with pickled cauliflower than others do.

    AND what exactly is the difference between pickled cauliflower and cauliflower pickle??
