Should we stop mass shooters by using a nuclear weapon on them?

The trouble with that idea is in getting enough shooters in one place to make such a drop practical.

I am sure the cops will support this. No need for them to risk there lives. Or get there uniform dirty. They can just push a button from 500 miles away & no more problem. But it will reduce the number of parking tickets they can write in a area long term. So maybe not. There Judge may not let them.
