How do I find out if I’m entitled to a PPI payment without a third party getting a cut ?? Thank you in advance?

I paid hundreds in overdraft charges at two banks vibrios circle but they just wanted the money.

    Martin Lewis, Money saving, Expert, PPI Template. I used this. However overdraft fees have NOTHING to do with PPI, this was an insurance taken out to cover loans, not overdrafts.

    What were you doing kiting checks between the accounts? You overdraft your account they charge you fees sooooooooooooo.

    Apply directly to the bank you paid thousands in overdraft chanrge to.......... however PPI is nothing to do with you spending more money than you had, it is about insurance payments which were missold

    The bank's overdraft charges and your PPI claim are two separate issues. You cannot merge them because the bank was not responsible for the PPI misselling. You are presumably worried that the PPI repayment will go to the bank that holds your overdraft. I suggest you write to them now explaining your issue and ask them to waive the charges as a gesture of good faith in exchange for you paying off your overdraft. Attach a copy of your PPI refund application and send it registered post.

    What you cannot do is double dip meaning get money from both the bank and from PPI. All you can do is attempt to get those penalties waived.
