Can my employer appeal my unemployment benefits if I received benefits already and they didnt even show up to the 1st appeal ?
I was recently approved unemployment benefits because i was forced to resign due to me not catching on the job duties as a customer service rep in a call center on my award letter it stated i did nothing wrong or broke any rules in the company. and stated how my employer didnt show up to the hearing can my ex employer appeal if they didnt show up to the 1st appeal hearing ???

One problem may be that you resigned.. U/E is normally only given if you are laid off or are fired for no reason. People who quit don't normally get approved.

Yes they can.
And no, you weren't forced to resign. You could have refused and been fired instead.
In my state you would have had better luck collecting unemployment if you had been fired instead of resigning. Employees who are terminated for reasons other than "gross misconduct" are still eligible for unemployment whereas employees who voluntarily quit aren't. "Gross misconduct" is serious stuff like not showing up, stealing, violence, etc.
