UPS keeps changing delivery date on my 2nd day air package why is that?
I ordered this package on August 8th it first says August 12th estimated delivery now it says August 13th. Why isn’t it just going to be delivered Monday that’s a business day and if they wanted to actually make it anywhere near 2 days it would have to be Monday on the 13th that would make it 5 day delivery if it kept to the 12th it would have been 4 day delivery I mean I paid $45 for this shipping method least they could do was delivery it today on Saturday and make it actual two day delivery

UPS are people too. they can make mistakes on when something might be shipped and how long it takes. especially if there are any unfortunate circumstances that occurs like a delivery truck breaking down for example.
i would call or write to UPS directly their customer service and get to the bottom of it. maybe they'll give you a refund or partial refund. or credit towards your next shipping.

Mistakes happen. Ive found both fedex & ups like to promise a day before it actually gets there. So when it changes like that, you have a good chance of getting it sooner. Expect it Monday.
