Judge movies? Are you saying you need help to determine if you like a movie you have watched all the way thru? ...are you stoned or just stupid... This is not aimed at insulting you..im way more clever than this honest disbelief

IMDB. Rotten Tomatoes artificially inflated the score of Captain Marvel, much like Amazon inflated Hillary Clinton's book ratings. To be honest, you should check multiple sources, but yeah, RT seems to be biased in their ratings.

Yes, I do for some movies. Some movies with high ratings are actually good. However, since the reviewers are sometimes crazy, they often highly rate animation which has a poor story, just because its animated. "oh the graphics are soo good, this is a good movie." BS, it is still horrible because the story sucks... So somethings get very high ratings that stink when you go see them. Also some movies are just foreign movies that also stink but have too few reviewers to have a good average. So you have to take some of the reviews with a grain of salt because you know that they can be bias.

If you want to tell which ones are bias, wait until a few days after the movie is released and then check the audience score. If that is not close, then the original review was bias.
