it seems like the crowd here now is not serious at all, the silly, perverted, or just plain dumb questions get all the answers. I have asked some legitimate questions and may get 3 answers.

Your question is rooted in an assumption and a generalized, blanket statement.
And,
When you use a blanket statement, it will be partially wrong.
Because there is always an "exception to the rule".
Maybe a lot of questions don't get answered because the question itself is assuming something wrong.
