Some people are like i dont give a fuckk what anyone thinks of me I'll wear, speak and get as many piercings and tattos as i want ect?

but a employer isnt going to think I'll take on this rough speaking common dressed person because i admire that they dont care what i think of them, tatoos and piercings ect are fine in moderation but if you was running a high class business you would want to be selective about who's the face of your business

Employers and children worry about this when you get older. Some of us will be judged harder than others due to race, sex, or even where they were raised. Some of us are not as lucky or privileged enough to run their own business. So we can't afford to do that or live our lives however we want. Because people will think the worst of us or even be scared of us for it or act out on us for it.

If I were a potential employer, I would be more concerned of proper English, and using a few periods...

More than what tattoos U got as a kid in 1990.

While I wouldn't want tattoos or irregular piercings on me, if I was an employer I would only care that they were dressed professionally and conducted themselves well. The look they sport outside of work would not be my business. To me it's the same as racial profiling or judging someone based on their looks, age, or gender. The only question should be, is how will you perform at the job.

You make a good point, but are you actually asking a question? Note also that in a "question" meant for a general world-wide audience, a good style of punctuation and spelling will also make you stand out from the crowd and impress potential employers. You need lots of help from your teacher of English.
