Dell Precision showing "Personalized Settings (Not responding)" on top left corner, blank screen?
Laptop was working fine when it suddenly locked up and shut down. Then won t start up properly, tried going into Safe Mode but screen doesn t work. Restarting always shows "personalized settings" on the top left with a blank screen. Tried Ctrl+Alt+Del to go to task manager but still shows blank screen. Wtf to do?

Wait. That usually appears after video drivers are updated. It takes about 5-10 minutes to go back to normal.
